因为中国农业的生产水平影响着全球粮食市场的供求及价格水平,因此中国农业发展不仅是中国内部问题,也是全球性的问题。中国政府认识到农业发展的重要性,“三农”问题被作为中国“十一五”规划的核心内容来对待。论文通过考察韩国自20世纪70年代开展的新农村运动的相关政策措施及其成效,在把握中国农业发展模式及资源条件的基础上,提出了中国在建设社会主义新农村过程中应注意的相关问题。

Production level of agriculture of China has great influence on the supply and the price of world crops market, the development of China＇s agriculture is not only the issue of China itself, but also a global issue. The Chinese government has realized the importance of agricultural development, and the ＂Three Agricultural Problems＂ is regarded as the core content of China＇s ＂Eleventh Five - year Plan＂. The author made an investigation on the policies and their effects of the new rural movement in Koran since 1970. Based on the understanding of the development modal of China＇s agriculture and its natural resources, some proposals are put forward that China should pay attention to during its procedure of new socialism rural construction.
