高等院校农民工状况实证分析——以云南财经大学为例

Empirical Analysis on the Status Quo of Peasant——workers in Colleges and Universities: An Example of Yunnan University of Finance and Economics

正确认识和高度重视解决农民工问题,是建设中国特色社会主义事业中的一个重大的历史性课题。高等教育的快速发展需要人力资源的支持,高校吸纳了大量的临时工和农民工,他们为学校的建设作出了重要的贡献。通过对高校农民工基本状况的调查,分析了存在的主要问题,提出了对策与建议。

To understand and attach great importance to solve the problems of peasant - workers is a historical task during the process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. The fast development of higher education needs the support of human resources which leads to the reality that many casual laborers and peasant - workers are working in colleges and universities. They give important contributions to the construction of the universities. An investigation was made on the basic information of peasant - workers in Yunnan University of Finance and Economics by the author. The main problems with the workers are found out and some counter measures and suggestions are given.
