物质文化是普遍接受的企业文化的分类层次之一,然而传统文献却又普遍忽视该层次的论述,甚至在已有的论述中也存在一些不够合理的地方。因此对物质文化的进一步阐述和修正是把握企业文化这个概念的一个重要基础,具有十分重要的意义。
