ZX-12型乙醇胺高效脱硫溶剂的工业应用

介绍了以甲基二乙醇胺作为基本原料加入各种添加剂复合调配而成的ZX-12型高效脱硫溶剂在中国石油化工股份有限公司茂名分公司催化裂化装置的试用情况。结果表明,脱除干气中的硫化氢和总硫的效果非常好,脱除率均在99．9％以上,液化石油气中的总硫可脱至150 mg／m3以下;脱前总硫含量越低,脱除率越低,总硫含量越高,脱除率也越高,总硫含量大于10 000 mg／m3时,脱除率可达99％以上。

The high-efficiency ZX-12 desulfurization solvent of Guangdong Zhonghe Chemical ＆ Plastics Co. , Ltd. was tried on the commercial FCC unit of Maoming Company. It exhibited excellent performance in removing hydrogen sulfide and total sulfur from dry gas. The desulfurization rate was over 99.9% and total sulfur in LPG was reduced to less than 150 mg/m^3. The higher the total sulfur in the feed, the higher the removing rate. The removing rate was over 99% when the total sulfur exceeded 10,000 mg/m^3.
