上杭湖洋当前茶叶采摘上的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures on Tea-plucking at Present in Huyang of Shanghang

本文通过对湖洋乡主要茶场的调查分析,对当前茶叶采摘存在的主要问题,提出解决问题的建议和具体措施：一是茶叶采摘上搞好分期分批采茶,严格采摘标准,加强配套措施,推广采茶机具；二是经营管理上做好技术培训与指导,完善承包责任制,健全茶叶验收制度和使用洁净用具等。

In this paper, through the investigation on the main tea plantations of Huyang village, focusing on the problems existing in tea-plucking at present, proposed and gave measures to solve them： firstly, on teaplucking, do a good job of plucking tea by stages and in groups, rigorously enforce plucking standard, strengthen complete sets of measures, extend tea-plucking machines and tools; secondly, on management and administration, do well in technological training and guidance, improve contract and responsibility system, amplify tea-acceptance regulations and use cleaning utensils etc.
