摘要
利用正交设计方法设计稀土低合金耐磨铸钢焊条的配方,研制出一种工艺性能良好的含钇的堆焊焊条,对其堆焊层显微组织、硬度进行了较系统的试验研究。
Prescription of low-carbon and low-alloy wear-resisting cast steel electrode was designed using orthogonal array method, yttrium contained hard facing electrode with good process properties was made , the microstructure and hardness in hard facing layer were studied.
