摘要
目的探讨异丙酚与氯胺酮间的相互作用。方法用小鼠热板法、电刺激法观察异丙酚对氯胺酮的影响。结果异丙酚可增大氯胺酮引起的小鼠入睡率，延长小鼠睡眠时间，增强氯胺酮的镇痛作用，并能拮抗氯胺酮的升压效应。异丙酚可加重氯胺对兔的呼吸抑制，对小鼠静注氯胺酮之ＬＤ５０无明显影响。结论异丙酚与氯胺酮组成静脉复合麻醉是合理的。
To study the interaction between propofol and ketamine in conscious animals.Method The effects of Propofol on ketamine were studied by hot plate,electrical stimulation in mice.Results Propofol increased the incidence of sleep caused by ketamine and prolonged the sleep duration and potentiated analgesic action of ketamine in mice.Propofol could also inhibit the ketamine-induced hypertensive effect in rabbits.But propofol potentiated respiratory inhibition induced by ketamine in rabbits.Besides,propofol did not after the LD50 of ketamine in mice.Conclusion These results indicate that ketamine used with propofol for total intravenous anesthesia is legitimate.
