摘要
目的:研究能量可控陡脉冲(ECSP)治疗兔移植性肿瘤的安全性。方法:建立20只新西兰大白兔VX2移植性乳腺癌模型,给予ECSP处理,比较其处理前和处理后1、7天的肝肾功能、血象和心电图(ECG)的变化。建立10只新西兰大白兔VX2移植性肝癌模型,给予ECSP处理后取其周边正常组织,行DNA片段化分析。结果:ECSP处理后动物的肝肾功能、血象和ECG与处理前比较,差异无显著性(P>0·05)。ECSP处理后对周边正常组织的DNA电泳为一完整条带,表明无DNA损伤。结论:ECSP治疗兔移植性肿瘤安全有效。
Objective.To evaluate the safety of energy controllable steep pulse (ECSP) in the treatment of implanted rabbit tumor, Methods: The models of VX2 breast carcinoma were established in 20 New England rabbits whom then be given ECSP treatment. The liver function, renal function, hemogram and electrocardiograph (ECG) were examined before- and the 1 day,7 day after ECSP treatment.The models of VX2 liver carcinoma were established in 10 New England rabbits.The normal tissues surrounding the tumor were extracted and DNA fragmentation analysis was done after ECSP treatment. Results: There was no significant difference between before and after ECSP treatment in liver function, renal function, hemogram and electrocardiograph (ECG) ( P 〉 0.05). The electrophoresis of DNA in the peripheral normal tissue was an integrity strain after ECSP treatment which means no DNA lesions by ECSP treatment. Conclusions: ECSP is effective and safe in the treatment of implanted rabbit tumor.
