Application of Weibull Distribution in Estimating Reliable Lifetime of He-Ne Laser

以W e ibu ll分布为客观背景,取点燃电流作为加速应力,通过对一批He-Ne激光管产品在4组应力下的恒定应力加速寿命试验的数据分析,估计出了正常电流下的激光管的可靠寿命及各可靠性指标.

This paper fetches the lighting electrical current as accelerating stress under the objective background of Weibull distribution,and carries on the data analysis of a batch of He-Ne laser under accelerated life test with four accelerating stresses. Finally, it estimates the reliable lifetime and every dependable index of the laser under normal electrical current.
