摘要
采用蒽酮-硫酸法对四川淫羊藿多糖含量进行了测定.结果,粗多糖的平均提取率为5.753%,粗多糖中多糖的平均含量为37.766%,四川淫羊藿中多糖平均含量为2.173%.
The content of polysaccharide in Epimedium sutchuenense was determined by sulfuric acid anthrone method. The results showed that the average extraction-rate of crude polysaccharide in E. sutchuenense was 5. 753% , the average content of polysaccharide in crude polysaccharide was 37. 766% and the average content of polysaeeharide in E. sutchuenense was 2. 174%.
