H13R热作模具钢退火硬度偏高的原因分析及解决措施

摘要 针对H13R热作模具钢锻后硬度偏高的问题进行了分析研究。发现热处理炉炉内温差过大是造成硬度不合格的主要因素。提出退火时应将锻件的加热温度均匀控制在860±10℃以内,缓慢炉冷时速度必须≤50℃/h。在820℃保温6h退火,并随炉缓冷可达到软化退火、降低硬度的目的。 The issues of H1SR hot work die steel with higher hardness after forged have been analyzed and reserched in this article, it is found that the higher temperature differential in the heat treatment furnace is the main reason to cause the uwqualified hardness, in this ease, it is described that the heating temperature of the forging has to be controlled within 860±10℃ during annealing, the speed must be ≤50℃/h during the furnace slowly cooling down. The annealing process shall be 820℃ for 6 hours heat preservation with furnace slowly cooling to reach the purpose of softening anneal and hardness reduction.
