摘要
采用梯度IPNs方法对环氧进行增韧改性,提出一种新的数学模型描述梯度材料中梯度组分的分布,并采用逐层浇筑的方法制备了不同层数的EP/PU梯度互穿网络聚合物(IPNs)材料,通过冲击强度和拉伸强度评价其对环氧的增韧结果,并与普通IPNs的增韧效果进行了对比。研究结果表明梯度层数越多,增韧效果越好,当梯度层数超过7层后,增韧效果变化不大。增韧效果最好的7层梯度IPNs使环氧的冲击强度提高约3倍,普通IPNs仅提高约2倍。
Graded Interpenetrating Polymer Networks ( IPNs ) method was introduced to toughen epoxy. A new mathematic model was adopted to design the distribution of graded component in graded IPNs, PU/EP graded IPNs of number of different layers were prepared by means of casting layer by layer, results of toughening EP of graded IPNs were evaluated by means of impact strength and tensile strength, and compared with those of ordinary IPNs, Our results indicated that the EP/PU graded IPNs can toughen epoxy better than ordinary IPNs. And the more graded layer numbers were, the graded IPNs could thoughen epoxy better. Seven layers graded IPNs which could toughen EP best had impact strength of EP ehanced about three times, However, ordinary IPNs only have impact strength of EP enhanced about two times.
