摘要
本文设计了一个具有查找HLA分子结合多肽功能的“Findingepitope”程序,并针对HLA-A2分子特异的多肽结合基序(peptidebindingmotif)建立了一个计算机评分系统。对HCV1型丙型肝炎病毒株中的HCV-1和HCV-H两条氨基酸序列分析后发现,报道的HI-A-A2分子结合的HCV抗原均包含于查找的结果中,且绝大多数(11/12)评分≥144分。提示该程序可作为一种较为灵敏的能预测与HLA-A2分子结合的HCV抗原的方法。
A 'Finding epitope'programme with the function of searching short peptides was written and a computer scoring programme deduced from the HLA-A2 specific peptide binding motif was developed. Analysis of the two hepatitis C virus(HCV-1 and HCV-H)amino-acid sequences showed that the forecasting results included all the 12 reported HCV antigenic peptides binding to HLA-A2 molecule. According to the scoring system, out of the 12 reported HCV antigenic peptides, 11 peptides were with high score (≥144). It indicates that our programme is a sensitive system to predict the HCV peptides binding to HLA-A2 molecule.
