探讨了目前我国潜在的能源危机,提出了实施需求侧管理缓解我省当前电力供应压力、促进电力可持续发展的观点,并对供电企业开展需求侧管理技术应用提供了具体方案。

The main idea of this article is about the potential energy crisis in china nowadays. The viewpoint is put forward, through DSM, to relieve the actuality of the pressure on power supply in our province and to accelerate the sustainable development on electric power. A project about application to DSM in power supply enterprises is also provided particularly in this articles.
