摘要
在分析功率放大器非线性失真的基础上,研究了功率放大器预失真处理的原理,提出了双晶体管互补式预失真处理技术.通过测试证明了该处理技术可在20 MH z信号带宽内,改善功率放大器3阶互调指标15 dB.
After an analysis on the nonlinearity distortion of power amplifier, and a research on the principle of predistortion process in power amplifier, the authors propose to use the reciprocal compensation of two RF transistors to process the predistortion. Tests show that the technique can improve three-order Intermodulation Distortion (IMD) by 15 dB for a 20 MHz signal bandwidth.
