9个国外血缘超甜玉米自交系的配合力测定与分析 被引量:10

摘要 选用具有国外血缘的T1、T2、T3、M1、M2、M3、R1、R2和R3共9个超甜玉米自交系做被测系,以原有5个自交系B、C、D、6和D2做测验系,采用不完全双列杂交法组配出F1杂交组合45个,对生育期、株高、穗位高、穗长、穗粗、芯粗、秃尖长、穗行数、行粒数、单穗重10个性状按NCⅡ设计的原理和方法进行配合力测定与分析,并估算群体遗传参数。结果表明:不同自交系同一性状以及同一自交系不同性状的一般配合力(GCA)效应差别很大,表现正负向两类效应。在甜玉米育种过程中,不仅要注意自交系GCA的筛选,还要注重SCA即特定组合的选择。成熟期、株高、穗长和单穗重的广义遗传力和狭义遗传力都较高,可以适当早代选择;秃尖、芯粗和穗粗可以晚代选择。 Nine super sweet corn inbred lines with abroad germplasm T1, T2, T3, MI, M2, M3, R1, R2, R3 were selected as tested lines, and original inbred lines B, C, D, 6, D2 as testing ones in this examination. 45 crosses were made by means of incomplete diallel method, and the genetic parameters of the groups and the combing ability of 10 traits, growth period, plant height, ear height, ear length, ear diameter, core diameter, baldhead length, rows per ear, kernels per row, single ear weight were tested and analyzed by means of NC Ⅱ design. The results showed that the general combining ability(GCA) appeared two kinds of effects, negative and positive, and the big differences among the inbred lines on a trait and on the different traits each line. During the breeding of sweet corn, not only for GCA of lines should be noted to select, but also for SCA of crosses. The heritabilities of growth period, plant height, ear length, single ear weight were higher. These 4 traits should be selected earlier, and baldhead length, ear diameter, core diameter should be selected in later generation.
