摘要
葡萄园的租佃与买卖,是经济发展到一定阶段的时代产物。在吐鲁番出土文书中,有11件以葡萄园券契命名的葡萄园租佃与买卖文书。这些券契对于研究高昌国和唐初西州时期葡萄园租佃与买卖情况,乃至研究我国古代农业经济问题,都是很有参考价值的。
The tenancy and selling and buying of the vineyards is the product of economic development in a certain stage. Among the Turfan unearthed documents, 11 vineyard tenancy and business documents named by vinyard ticket contract. The ticket contract is of great referencial value to the study on the vineyard tenancy and business of Gaochang and Xizhou in the early Tang Dynasty and even on the agricutural economy in ancient China.
