摘要 为探讨n-3多烯脂肪酸在创伤感染中所起的作用,采用盲肠结扎穿孔诱发大鼠脓毒血症,食道插管灌入液体鱼油治疗。研究结果,术前接受4wk鱼油治疗组与脓毒症组比较,前者动物枯否细胞释放的细胞因子,炎性介质及氧自由基产物明显减少,膜磷脂成分及花生四烯酸含量明显增加;同时观察到肝细胞膜脂流动性明显升高,相变温度明显降低,内皮素含量明显减少。提示,n-3多烯脂肪酸有调节创伤感染动物巨噬细胞的生物学功能,减轻肝细胞和血管内皮细胞损伤的作用。 The effect of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids on traumatic infection was studied. The healthy wistar rats were divided into normal, sepsis and treatment group. Rats were fed fish oil for four weeks, in the treatment group. At the end of four weeks, sepsis were produced by method of eecal ligature and puncture. The results showed cytokine, inflamenatory medium and free redical(so on) of Kupffer cells (KC) excretion were significantly increased in the sepsis group. However activitor was remarkably decreased in the treatment group. The values of membrane phosphalipid (PL) and arachidonic acid (AA) of KC were observably decreased in sepsis group, and were markedly increased in the treatment rats. The fluidity of hepatocellular membrane was significantly decreased, but the increase of fluidity in hepatocellular membrane was seen in rats fed with fish oil. The temperature of phase changes of hepatocellular membrane were raised in the sepsis rats, but were loss during the treatment of rats. Endothelin (ET) of liver tissue in sepsis rats was remarkably increased, but was decreased in the treatment rats. It is suggested that n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids regulates macrophagocyte to decrease in production of inflamenatory medium and to clear free redicals, and is beneficial to the protect of liver cells and endotholium cell of blood vessel.
