模糊逻辑推理在电子病历智能辅助诊断系统中的应用研究

Application of Fuzzy Logic Reasoning in Intelligent Assistant Diagnosis System of Electronic Patient Record

文章将模糊逻辑推理的思想应用于电子病历系统的知识表示和智能推理,在辅助诊断时,根据病人病症进行模糊推理,给出确信度,供医生参考.并用模糊逻辑推理方法在电子病历系统中进行室性早搏的实时自动检测实验,结果表明该方法能帮助医生准确思维,达到有效地降低误诊误治率和减少医疗费用的双重目的.

In this paper, the author applies the idea of fuzzy logic reasoning to the knowledge representation and intelligent reasoning of the electronic patient record system. During assistant diagnoses, the system undertakes the fuzzy logic reasoning according to the patient＇s symptoms, and offers some references to the doctor. Meanwhile, we detect the premature ventricular contraction with the above method in the system of electronic patient. The result indicates that the fuzzy logic reasoning helps the doctor diagnose more accurately, not only decleasing the probability of wrong diagnosis but the expenses of the medical treatment.
