论高校学生伤害事故的预防及处理机制

Arguing on the organic system of prevention and handling the college students' injury accidents

高校学生伤害事故既是高等教育管理领域面临的一个重要问题,也是教育法学界要迫切解决的一个难题。预防和处理高校学生伤害事故与我国的教育法治密切相关,本文从立法、执法、司法三方面入手,提出构建高校学生伤害事故的预防和处理机制、维护高校稳定的措施和建议。

The college students＇ injury accident is not only an important problem on the higher education field, but also a difficult question to be solved by the educational law scholar. It is relative to our rule of educational law to prevent and handle the injury accident. The article gave my own views about setting up the preventing and handling organic system from three sides： lawmaking, carrying out law and judicial system.
