摘要
居住权是指居住权人对他人所有的房屋以及其他附着物所享有的占有、使用的权利。居住权制度确有一定的价值和社会意义,但在我国物权法中设立居住权制度值得商榷。
Residing rights refers to that the person has the residing rights oecupy and use all of the attchments.The system of residing rights has certain value and social rueaning.But it shoud be discussed to cstablish the residing rights system in law of proerty rights.
