In line with the development of radio and TV university（RTVU） education, introduction of web source share and co-construction system （WSSCS） is approached to promote information renovation of RTVU. The advantages of WSSCS are discussed along with available technology that can be applied. The hardware structure and software scheme including data mining technology are probed.
