Selective Monobromination of Methyl 1-Acetylazulene-3-carbolate with [Bm im]Br_3

在无溶剂和室温条件下,三溴化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑([Bm im]B r3)选择性地与1-乙酰基奥-3-甲酸甲酯进行溴化反应,以92%的收率生成1-溴乙酰基奥-3-甲酸甲酯。该方法反应条件温和、产率高、选择性好、环境友好。

Selective reaction of methyl 1 methylimidazolium tribromide （[-Bmim ] Br3 ） -- acetylazulene - 3 - carbolate with 1 - butyl - 3 - under solvent-free conditions at room temperature, produces the methyl 1-bromoacetylazulene-3-carbolate with 92% yield. Compared to the known report, this method has the advantages of mild reaction condition, good yield, high selectivity and more environmental benignity.
