摘要
较为客观准确的对教学水平给予评价,是一项很难解决的课题,本文在基本假设的基础上选取了6个指标构建了量化评价的模型,并付之于应用,其结果与客观实际较为吻合,可供教学管理者参考。
To assess the teaching level objectively and accurately is a tough task. Based on the hypothesis, 6 indexes were chosen to establish the model of quantitative evaluation and applied it to practice. Its result tallies with the reality and provides reference for the people of the same occupation.
