摘要
对中英文由于文化差异而在某个词汇中所表现出的不同含义进行了分析,指出了中文品牌在翻译成英文时,直译中所存在的种种错误,提出了同音异义(形)法和再创法两种中文品牌翻译方法。
An analysis about a word's different meaning is made because of different culture connotation between English words and Chinese corresponding words. Also it indicates some mistakes existed in the process when a Chinese brand is translated into English literally and provides two methods to deal with these problems which are homophonic-adding-meaning method and recreating method.
