论新形势下高职院校学生档案的管理

On the Management of Students' Archives at Higher Vocational College Under New Situation

高职院校学生档案管理是高校档案管理重要组成部分,有着自身独特的特点,但目前高职学生档案管理工作处于起步阶段,存在着一定问题。文章从学生档案的形成及内容入手,阐述了高职生档案管理工作的特点及作用,对今后高职院校学生档案管理工作提出了一些建议。

The management of students＇ archives is an important component of archives management at higher vocational college, which has its own peculiar characteristics. But at present, the management of students＇ archives is at an initial stage and has problems. Starting with the forming and content of students＇ archives, the characteristic and role of students＇ archives management at higher vocational college are elaborated, and some suggestions are given.
