Exploration of the Reform of the Management System of Beijing State-owned Assets

北京市国有资产管理体制改革已经取得了一定进展,但尚需探讨下一阶段改革深化问题。本文在对北京市国有企业改革述评基础上,认为中间层公司产业定位及加速改革是北京市国有资产管理体制改革的突破口,并且应该从七个具体路径推进改革。

Although some progresses have been made to a certain extent in the filed of the management system of Beijing state-owned enterprise assets, there are still problems worth being discussed to deepen the reform in the next period. On the bases of reviewing of the reform of Beijing state-owned enterprise assets, the paper pointed out that the industrial positioning of the middle-level enterprises and deepenreform of state-holding corporations could be considered as a breakthrough of the management system of Beijing state-owned enterprise assets, and spurs their reform with the seven specific paths.
