摘要
本文以JS公司为例,分析了企业目标设计和目标管理中存在的问题,提出目标管理与绩效考核同步,让员工参与目标管理,实行弹性的目标设计和层层分解目标等措施。
Based on the case of JS Corporation, the article analyzed the problems existing in enterprise objective designing and management, then it put forward some countermeasures including that objective management and perfor ment, and other metho mane ds and objective segmentatio sh nl e should be synchronized, employees should participate in objective manageould be implemented at the same line, such as flexible objective designing ayer upon layer..
