随着国有资产管理体制改革的不断深入,国有资产重组已经进入—个新的攻坚阶段。本文探讨了重组中如何发挥国有企业的产业优势、重组的产业板块、突出主业中的层次区别、非主业资产的处置以及重组企业的业绩评价和激励机制等问题。

As gradually deepening of state own assets system reform, restructuring of state-own assets had entered a new tough period. The article explored following problems, such as how to exert industrial advantage of state-own enterprises in reconstruction, industrial cluster of reconstruction, extruding tier differentiation of main business, treatment of nonprincipal business assets, as well as achievement evaluation of reconstructing enterprises and motivation mechanism.
