本文分别从职业经理人的定义,职业经理人的标准,培养方式和建议三方面论述了国有企业国际化职业经理人队伍的建设。
The article discussed on building up of internationaliz professional managers from the following three aspects： the definition of professional manager, the stand the authors＇ suggestions of how to cultivate these kind of manners.
