多媒体在公安法律文书写作教学中的作用

The Function of Multimedia in Teaching Writing Legal Document of Public Security

长期以来,公安法律文书都是按照公安部统一颁发的格式而制作的;相关的写作教学,也严格按照它的统一格式、统一结构进行教学,统称为模式模块教学法。这种教学方法,虽然对公安法律文书写作起到了一定作用,但是,远远跟不上公安工作发展的需要。指出了其缺点所在,探讨多媒体教学方法对提高学生接受能力、扩大学生知识面、拉近理论与实践的距离有一定的作用。

Legal documents of public security have been written according to the form regulated by the Ministry of Public Security. And the writing teaching has been done according to the unitary form and structure, which is called Model Teaching Method, which plays a certain role in legal document wiring, while lagged far behind the de- velopment of public security work. Its weakness has been pointed out and the multimedia teaching method has been put forward, which play a certain role in improving students＇ receiving ability, enlarging students＇ background knowledge and shortening the distance between theory and practice.
