心理健康教育与思想政治教育的关系

On the Relationship Between the Psychological Health Education and Ideological and Political Education

近年来,高校思想政治教育和心理健康教育受到了关注。但是,存在着思想政治教育代替心理健康教育的现象或心理健康教育说教化的倾向。其原因主要是在认识上将思想政治教育与心理健康教育(简称“两个教育”)的关系相混淆。为此,本文从“两个教育”相互促进、“两种素质”(思想政治素质和心理素质)协调发展的目的出发,根据心理健康教育实践和思想政治教育实际,对“两个教育”的关系做进一步的探讨。

In recent years, the ideological and political education of the higher college has been much more emphasized, and the psychological health education has also been concerned a lot. However, there still exists the phenomenon that the psychological health education has been replaced with the ideological and political education or the psychological health education has been conducted in the way of preaching. The most important reason is that the relationship of the two kinds of educations have been confused. Therefore, in order to make the two educations interact with each other and the two qualities （ ideological and political quality and psychological quality） develop in a coordinative way, the author has made a further discussion on the relationship of the two educations according to the practices of the two educations.
