摘要
教师与学生构成教学的重要因素,师生关系是否和谐直接影响到学校的教学效果。从以往的几种师生关系观中可以看出,和谐发展的师生关系有着重要的意义,针对构建和谐的师生关系提出原则和途径。
Teachers and students being an important factor in teaching, whether the teacher-student relationship is harmonious or not affects the effectiveness of teaching directly. The past several teacher-student relationship concepts reflect that the harmonious teacher-student relationship is of importance. Thus it is necessary to find suit- able principles and approaches to construct the harmonious teacher-student relationship.
