薯菌清对马铃薯真菌病害的联合毒力测定 被引量:1

摘要 在室内恒温条件下,采用生长速率法测定原药B1、原药B2和其复配制剂“薯菌清”对马铃薯早疫病、晚疫病、枯萎病、尾孢菌叶斑病4种真菌病害的抑菌效果,用Finney法和Sun法评价两种原药(B1和B2)的联合毒力作用。结果表明:原药B1和B2的3种配比5∶5、3∶7和7∶3对4种供试病菌的共毒系数CTC均大于100,表现增效,其中薯菌清I(5∶5)对4种病原菌的CTC达221.59—259.61,表现最佳的增效作用和综合抑菌效果,具有进一步研究和开发价值。 The restraint efficacy of drug B1, drug B2 and their replication gent against 4 species of potato epiphyte diseases under constant temperature were determined by the methods of growth rate in the laboratory. The common toxicity of drug B1 and drug B2 were determined by the methods of Finney and Sun. The results showed that three rnixtures(5:5,3:7,7:3) of drug B1 and drug B2 were all increase efficacy against 4 pathogens ,and the CTC of Shu-junqing I(B1 + B2 = 5:5) reached 221.59 - 259.61. It has the best increase of synthesis control efficacy and exploiture value.
