摘要
利用气相色谱仪可快速,准确测定油菜籽脂肪酸组分和含量,可更快的得到精确度很高的各脂肪酸组分数据,气相色谱仪分析法在油菜品质育种中应用非常广泛。此方法是油菜品质育种中不可缺少的一种方法。本文就利用气相色谱仪快速,准确测定油菜籽脂肪酸组分和含量的操作方法做简单介绍。
Gas chromatographic, which can quickly tests fatty acids＇ exact content of rapeseed, it has being used generally in the field of rapeseed quality breeding. In this paper, the fatty acids＇ testing theory and its＇ content analysis method were introduced by Gas chromatographic.
