Employing finite element method, the authors study the finite element method static of the three dimensional regulation support of the ion pump. According to applying the method which is made by the software SOLIDEDGE, the finite element method model of three dimensional regulation support is established. We computed it by the software ANSYS and verify its possibility. We carry out the statics analysis of it to make certain the distortion and stress parameter. The resuhs take a essential foundation for the structure design of the three dimensional regulation support.
