摘要
根据中长跑运动项目的特点和比赛对运动员心理能力的要求,设计了一套赛前心理训练的方法与步骤,经过院田径队中长跑组的实际应用,证明有针对性的赛前心理训练可有效帮助普通高校中长跑运动员克服心理障碍,增强自信心,提高比赛时的心理稳定性,促使运动员顺利达到良好的比赛心理状态。
This text focused on characteristics of sport item and games as the long - distance running , and with the requirement of mental ability, designed a set of ways and methods of mental exercises before the match. After the application of the running team, it turned out that it can be effective to help the athelets to overcome some mental obstacles, increse their self -confidence and improve the stability so that it can help the athletes to reach the best states when having races.
