摘要
为了解决聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDMDAAC)合成时分子量低的问题,采用系统的单因素研究方法,先后对单体质量分数、引发剂用量、聚合反应温度、EDTA-Na4用量、pH值、单体纯度等影响单体聚合的因素进行了较为详细的研究,最终获得了各参数的最佳组合条件,即:反应4 h、聚合温度50℃、单体起始质量分数67%、引发剂质量浓度0.3%、pH5.0、EDTA质量浓度150 mg/L。采用此工艺条件对“一步+两步”法单体进行聚合,得到特性黏度高达2.7 dL/g的PDMDAAC。
In order to increase the PDMDAAC' s molecular weight, this paper introduces the detailed study of the effect of the factors such as DMDAAC' s initial concentration, initiator' s dosage, EDTA' s dosage, polymerizating temperature, pH value, DMDAAC's purity on the polymerization with single-factor method, and highlights the best preparation condition. Adopting this preparation technology, DMDAAC produced with "one + two step" method was polymerized, with the result that homopolymerization with intrinsic viscosity of 2.7 dl/g was obtained.
