摘要
介绍了电磁感应加热的基本原理,详细说明了PWM串联型中频感应电源的原理及各部分组成。分析了当前造纸厂广泛采用的蒸气加热烘缸和油加热烘缸的弊端,首次提出将感应加热原理应用到造纸烘缸加热中,并设计和实现了一套中型感应加热电磁烘缸及控制系统。近一年的运行表明电磁烘缸系统稳定可靠,温度控制平稳,有操作简便、节能、无污染、可自塑化等特点,有很大的市场推广潜力。
This paper introduced the principle of induction-hearting and the makeup of pulse width modulated (PWM) induction-hearting power system. Because of the disadvantages of stream-gas or hot-oil hearting generally used by paper-making dryer, we improved on the dryer using induction-hearting technology,designed and implemented the intermediate-frequency induction-heating paper-making system. The producing experience for about a year improved that the system has many advantage,and it has the potential to substitute the old paper-making dryers.
