摘要
针对小直径深孔加工时常见的棘手现象,通过对切削速度、切削力和走刀量等因素的分析,结合生产实际,提出了改制小扁钻头、预钻中心孔、改善刃形、选取合适的切削速度和走刀量等方法,以解决小直径深孔加工困难的问题。
in accordance with the common thorny phenomenon of small diameter deep hole processing, this article analysis the factor of cutting the speed,cutting force and enters and so on. We proposed the themethod which changing small flat drill bit ,drilling the center bore,improving edge shape, selecting appropriate cutting speed and enters for the quantity and so on. It was solved the problem of small diameter deep hole refractory.
