摘要
CAE技术的发展使寻求最优化的注射工艺参数更加科学,但注射过程实际工艺参数的控制尚未得到解决。本文讨论了模具型腔内塑料注射特定环境对传感器的具体要求,指出利用压电材料PZT制成的微传感器具有体积小、响应快、灵敏度高、对环境要求低等优点,并分析了它在注射工艺控制中的独到之处,讨论了用于模腔压力监测的PZT压电薄膜传感器结构原理,认为深入研究PZT压电薄膜,必将给国产塑件的质量带来巨大飞跃。
The development of CAE technology make the optimization of plastic injection technics parameters more scientific, but the control of plastic injection reality technics parameter is diffcult. It consider that the micro-sensor made by piezoelectric material, p27, have the advantages of small volume, quick reponse high sensity, low environment request and so on. It analyzed the superiority when this micro-sensor is used in controlling of plastic injection. A sensor constiuction used in the examination of the pressure in plastic mold is introduced. We believe that the quality of plastics made in our country will make a great progress when the research about PZT piezoelectric film is more and more deep.
