振荡流反应器是一种新型的化工设备。反应器底部的振荡设备和内部的挡板的特殊结构使流体在其内部形成的流动模式有利于传热传质,接近平推流的效果。该设备应用于絮凝反应,有内部流场剪切力均匀、流场可不受停留时间和分布限制,自由调节,可连续操作,设备紧凑和占地面积少等特点。

Oscillatory flow reactor is new type chemical engineering equipment. The special conformation with oscillatory facility in the under part and baffles in the inner part of the equipment make the liquid flow patterns close to plug flow, favorable for mass and heat transfer. This equipment is suitable for flocculation with many advantages, uniformity of velocity grads ,flow patterns unattached to average resident time ,operation continuity and space-saving due to compact structure.
