摘要
将大容量双桶波轮式洗衣机上的刹车连接结构由刚性的刹车拉钩改为柔性的刹车拉带,材料由1Cr17不锈钢丝改为PET聚酯,在保证基本功能、满足该零部件机械性能要求的前提下,降低了制造成本,增强了市场竞争力。经过方案论证和在大容量双桶波轮式洗衣机上的实际使用,达到设计要求,现已批量使用。
The washing machine＇s brake linking structure has been studied. On the condition that the brake belt is not only fit for material capability and structure demand, but also decrease manufacture cost. The soft brake belt can replace the rigid brake lever. Testing shows that the brake belt can be used by a mass production.
