摘要
传统的制造技术,新产品开发周期长、成本高,采用激光选区粉末烧结(SLS)技术得到的蜡型可直接用于生产,得到金属零件,无须制造模具,可大大缩短新产品开发周期,降低开发成本。本文主要介绍了激光选区粉末烧结技术的原理和特点,并结合工业生产,详细阐述了SLS技术的应用。
The period of new product development is long and the cost is high for the traditional manufacturing technique. Wax type which adopt selective laser sintering (SLS) technique can be directly used for the production and get the metals spare part without molding tool. It consumedly shorten the period of new product development and reduce the cost. This article introduces principle and charateristics of SI, S technology, combination industry production,detailed application of SLS technology.
