摘要 管壳式换热器以其制造容易,生产成本低,工作可靠的优点,被广泛应用。但在我国对管壳式换热器的设计还不尽完善。在设计中较重要的压降因素往往被忽略掉。本文提出一种新的设计思路,充分利用压降,进行换热器设计,以寻求最小费用的换热器为目标。 The heat exchanger is used widely because of its easy manufacture, low costs and realiability. In heat exchanger design,pressure drop are usually neglected. In this work a new methodology is proposed to include pressure drop in grassroots designs. Delaware method for the shell side is used to design the heat exchangers.The great contribution of this work is to assures the minor heat exchanger according to JB standards, contributing to the minimization of the heat exchanger global annual cost.
