摘要
由于民爆行业的高危性和易爆性,减少包装与装箱操作人数已成为民爆行业的首要问题。如何理性地思考生产线设计方案,其关键是方案的设计原则。本文从生产线方案设计原则着手,阐述了生产线的工作原理,并最终提出了具有3个分系统的设计方案。
Because of high danger and explosion hazard of the industrial explosive ,that the numbers of operators of packaging and boxing are induced has become the first task in the explosive materials industry. How to rationally think conceptual design of the production line is the key of design guideline. Based on the guideline, operating principle of the line was elaborated, in the end ,design concept of three subsystems was presented.
