摘要
通过对棉纺厂各工序在不同温湿度情况下的可加工性的研究,对棉纺生产各工序的产品回潮率与车间温湿度间的相互关系作了研讨并进行了测试分析,利用M atlab工具找出了回潮率与车间温湿度之间的关系,找出了各工序的最佳温湿度处理范围,保证棉纺生产得以顺利进行。
This paper researches the processing possibility of spinning under different temperature and humidity in various processes in spinning mill, discussed and tested the relationship of rationalized moisture regain of semi-products and end products against temperature and humidity in various processes, and by means of Matlab tool, is worked out the relation between moisture regain and temperature and humidity in workshop with an optimum process range of temperature and humidity for different processes obtained to guarantee the production being smoothly done in various spinning processes.
