复方苦豆子颗粒的薄层色谱鉴别

TLC Analysis of Complex Prescription Kudouzi Granulae

目的:研究并建立复方苦豆子颗粒处方中主药的TLC图谱。方法:采用归胶G板和硅胶GF254板,用不同的展开剂分别对方中苦豆子、决明子和莱菔子进行薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别。结果:所得的TLC图谱展开效果佳,重复性好。结论:所建立的TLC鉴别方法俭便灵敏、快捷可靠,可为制定本品的质量标准提供依据。

Objective： To establish the chromatogram of remedium cardinale of Complex Prescription Kudouzi Granulae by TLC. Methods： silica gel G and GF254 thin layer plates were used and developed by different developing agents to identify the remedium cantinale-sophora seed, Cassia Seed and Radish Seed. Results： G oed TLC chromatogram and reproducibility were obtained. Conclusion：The established TLC methods are easy, sensitive and reliable, so can they provide evidences to establish quality criteria of the preparation.
