摘要
通过实验室条件下在培养箱中暗培养大豆,研究了不同pH值的模拟酸雨对大豆(soybean)的发芽率、根长、根的鲜重和干重的影响。结果表明:模拟酸雨对大豆种子的发芽率及根的生长发育有一定的抑制作用。随着模拟酸雨pH值的降低,大豆种子伤害症状越明显。当pH≥3时,模拟酸雨对大豆的生长发育影响不大,当pH<3时,则影响显著。
The influences of the simulated acid rain with different pH values on the germination rate, the length of root, the fresh and dry weight of soybean were investigated in the dark training case. Results show that the simulated acid rain has certain inhibition on the germination rate of the soybean seeds and the growth of their roots. With the reducing of the pH value of simulated acid rain, injures to soybean seeds increase obviously. Above the pH value 3, the influence of simulated acid rain on the soybean seeds is not obvious, while,it is remarkable below the pH value 3.
