摘要
研究了沉积NaC l的AZ91D镁合金在含有SO2和CO2的模拟污染大气环境中初期腐蚀行为。研究了在SO2和CO2协同作用下,表面沉积NaC l的AZ91D镁合金大气初期腐蚀规律。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察表面腐蚀形貌,XRD进行腐蚀产物分析。结果表明,由于NaC l的沉积加速了AZ91D镁合金的初期大气腐蚀,SO2、CO2和NaC l多种因素协同作用对AZ91D镁合金的初期大气腐蚀的影响远大于单一SO2、CO2和NaC l因素。
The atmospheric corrosion behavior of AZ91D magnesium alloys in polluted atmosphere containing SO2, CO2, and Chloride ions (NaCl) was studied. The influence of NaCl on the initial atmospheric corrosion of AZ91 D magnesium alloys in Simulate Atmospheric Environment including SO2 and CO2 are investigated by mass gain, SEM and X-ray diffraction techniques. The results showed that the presence of NaCl accelerated and catalyzed the reaction of initial stages of atmospheric corrosion for AZ91 D magnesium alloy. It was showed that AZ91 D magnesium alloy corrosion mass gain is greater than that caused by only the NaCl or by CO2 and SO2. It proved that the cooperative effect of SO2 and CO2 is important for the corrosion of AZ91 D magnesium alloy with NaCl existence.
